SMS Terms of Service
The Franzese Group, LLC (“The Franzese Group”, “TFG Mortgage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may send SMS/text messages to customers and leads who provide their mobile phone number and consent.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive informational text messages from The Franzese Group related to your mortgage application, account updates, closing information, customer support, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries.
- Message frequency will vary but is typically 1–4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
- We will never share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-Out Instructions You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us (this will not affect any other communication methods).
